My journey into lactation support began as a postpartum doula, where I discovered my passion for helping parents. Seeing so many mothers face challenges with breastfeeding while deeply wanting to succeed inspired me to do more. I became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through the Boston Breastfeeding Coalition-Vital Village Network, followed by certification as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS). To provide even more holistic care, I earned a certification in Perinatal Mood Disorders (PMH-C).
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I offer both in-person and virtual support to families in Shrewsbury, Worcester, and nearby areas within 10 miles radius of my home. My services include addressing issues like low milk supply, pumping, transitioning back to work, weaning, and re-lactation. I also provide prenatal breastfeeding education to help families prepare for a confident start.
Beyond consultations, I’m proud to support minority families through my work with the Boston Breastfeeding Coalition. Whether guiding parents on the breastfeeding warmline or co-facilitating lactation support groups, I’m committed to making lactation care accessible and empowering families to meet their goals.
My goal is to leave every family feeling supported, confident, and equipped to navigate their breastfeeding journey with success. Whether virtually or in person, I’m here to provide compassionate, culturally mindful care that meets your unique needs.
I am not booking lactation consultations for the month of March. For April, I am only accepting appointments within 5 miles of Shrewsbury and with limited availability.
