My approach to breastfeeding goals is to celebrate your small wins and support your short-term goals, turning them into a longer, successful breastfeeding relationship.
As an IBCLC, I have a deep sense of compassion for the families I work with. I show up with empathy, evidence-based care, and listening ears, because helping you meet your lactation goals is the reason I became a clinical lactation support provider!
I began my journey in birth work as a postpartum doula, holding space for families in the early days after birth. It was during that time that I discovered just how powerful and emotional the act of feeding a baby can be. Supporting a mother through the challenges of breastfeeding and witnessing those vulnerable and beautiful moments filled my heart. That’s what led me to pursue lactation care more deeply.
I believe every parent deserves access to breastfeeding support that meets them with care, not judgment. Whether you’re dealing with painful latches, mastitis or engorgement, figuring out pumping and bottle feeding, or managing sore, cracked nipples, I’m here to help. I take the time to understand what’s really going on and work alongside you to find solutions that feel realistic and supportive. Let’s make feeding your baby feel more manageable and more peaceful.
