As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) based in Worcester County. I serve Shrewsbury, Worcester, and all the surrounding towns within a 20-mile radius in Central Massachusetts.
I offer expert non judgmental support and solutions for a variety of breastfeeding challenges, including latching and positioning, nipple damage, painful nipples and latch, tongue tie and oral restrictions, poor milk transfer and weight gain, weighted feeds, clogged ducts, and comfort measures for engorgement and mastitis. As an immigrant from India, I specialize in providing culturally competent support to all diverse families, including South Asian breastfeeding families, ensuring services that are mindful and respectful of their unique needs.
